Many top entrepreneurs credit a lot of their success to their health. Maintaining a healthy lifestyle leads to increased productivity and a clearer mind. Having health also enables entrepreneurs to enjoy the fruits of their work.

Common Healthy Traits of Successful Entrepreneurs

  • Make health a part of your schedule: Health is an investment that pays in productivity.
  • Outsource health: Hire a trainer, have healthy snacks delivered to your home, etc.
  • Have a morning routine to make health a priority whether you’re at home or traveling.
  • Remain consistent in health routines and make it a lifestyle.

Accountability is one of the most common struggles busy entrepreneurs experience. It is ultimately the difference between remaining consistent and being inconsistent. Everyone needs a coach or something in their life to keep them accountable for their actions, choices, and habits.

Meal prepping or having healthy food on hand curbs poor eating habits that have a negative impact performance and decision-making.

Intermittent fasting gives you extra time to focus on the things you need to get done, and can make you feel healthier and more energized. Before adopting this habit, make sure you are consuming whole foods in your diet and hydrating yourself properly.

Journaling and Daily Affirmations
Amanda recommends using the Freedom journal by John Lee Dumas in addition to daily affirmation cards. Engaging in journaling and daily affirmations help get you in the right state of mind to be productive and also help you focus on accomplishing your goals.

Create a spreadsheet of 5 daily habits that you want to accomplish and track how well you do them.

Prioritizing and Creating Healthy Relationships with Friends and Loved Ones

Our life gets really confusing and unfulfilling when our priorities are not in the right place. Balance the time you spend on work and relationships. You have to know where your priorities are. If you want to have really good relationships you need to be able to communicate and you need to also make time for that. Relationships and investing in people is important.
