Consistently getting into a state of Ketosis helps you to maximize brain function and start using fat for energy. That’s why we’re talking about two books that have amazing information revealing how you can get into a state of ketosis for higher levels of performance.

You can typically get into a ketosis state with less than 50 grams of carbohydrates a day with a focus on consuming healthy fats, proteins, and vegetables.
We talk about all the amazing options (that work and taste great) as well as some more guidelines to getting into a ketonic state.
Where most people fail:
#1 - To many hidden sugars in the diet.
#2 - Eating too much protein. (we talk about specific guidelines around the 15 minute mark)
#3 - Not enough healthy fats
How can you tell if you’re getting into Ketosis?
Two tools that will help is The Precision Xtra Blood Glucose and Ketone Monitoring System (only $30 on Amazon at the link) or Ketonix. Urine strips are not accurate to measure ketosis.
One thing to know is - You have to give this process 2-6 weeks to take affect.
