Sedentary habits and poor diet has lead to a health crisis in our modern world: One of every two people die from heart disease, get cancer, or develop some form of dementia in their lifetimes. Today’s guest, Allen Ruszkowski, developed a technology to transform people’s health and prevent these diseases of aging with the Advanced CVAC (Cyclic Variations in Adaptive Conditioning) machine.

Allen Ruszkowski’s Path of Exceptional Entrepreneurial Success

At the of age 11, Allen Ruszkowski had landed himself a job fixing air conditioners. Driven by his persistence at solving problems and the self confidence that arose from his success, Allen’s extraordinary career path continued into adulthood. He studied electrical engineering in college, and then went to work for GE, where he quickly rose through the ranks and helped to develop MRI technology, before moving on to pursue a career in preventative cardiology.

Allen had made enough money to retire by the time he was in his mid-40s, but instead started looking for new technologies in which to invest in order to prevent age-related illnesses.

The CVAC machine stimulates mitochondrial biogenesis in order to stave off insulin resistance, which is linked to heart disease, stroke, multiple cancers, Alzheimer’s and other aging-related diseases. Allen was introduced to CVAC technology when he realized that, as he got older, he was losing his ability to think multiple steps ahead, which had always been key to his success.

After his first CVAC session, he felt like the windshield of his mind had been cleaned, and also felt much stronger physically. It was then that he decided to invest in and help develop this extraordinary technology.

The CVAC software proved extremely difficult to develop, requiring 40 different versions to get it just right, but persistence paid off. Now the CVAC machine has caught on with top athletes in multiple sports, and Tony Robbins cites it as his favorite biohack. Allen has since sold the company for over 100 million dollars, but is still passionately involved with CVAC technology.

4 characteristics that differentiate the most successful entrepreneurs

When asked what defines a successful entrepreneur, Allen cites the following characteristics based on his own experience:

Persistence
The definition of insanity may be to do the same thing over and over again and to expect a different result, but the definition of success is to try to do things a little differently over and over again until you get it right.

Patience
You must have the patience to keep working on the problem, but also be patient with other people; don’t look for others to place the blame on when things don’t work.

Self Confidence
You build confidence by cherishing your failures – figure out why something failed and them continue to work on it.

Understanding Your Strengths and Weaknesses
As a child, Allen would’ve been labeled autistic by today’s standards because he didn’t talk. But he figured out that it was simply because he has to fully absorb information for a concept to make sense before he can talk about it.

Once you figure out how your brain works, you can honor that process in order to work effectively toward achieving your goals.
