Pavlok is a new biofeedback device helping you change your habits and today’s conversation is with the Director of Strategy and Marketing for Pavlok, Chris Schelzi.
I actually had the chance to test out the Pavlok, to help me stay focused during my work day without getting distracted on Facebook or email. AND IT WORKED. The science is right on and I highly recommend checking out this awesome biofeedback tool.
Toward the end of the interview, Chris shares some specific ways you can use Pavlok to optimize your productivity and really accomplish some of those habits or tasks you’ve been putting off. Pavlok helps you get in the moment.

Chris shares the importance of morning routines and how you can get started with small steps. He recommends some great meditation apps (links below) as well as an excellent journal (that I also use) to get you going. Start small with one or two routines and add more from there.
