Bold statement right? Well, if you’re wanting to get to high levels of performance then you’ll want to learn how to create a powerful morning ritual.

Here’s what I do. Take the DNA of the morning ritual that Hal Reveals in the interview and put theme music in the background.

The first 5 minutes I listen to a song that creates gratitude in my heart.

The next 5 minutes is a song that gets me pumped up as I’m looking at my vision board and saying my affirmations. I jump in place and even do pushups.

The last 5 minutes I listen to “Oceans” by Hillsong as I visualize my day, week, year and future. I also pray during this time over different things each day.

Then I get Muse or listen to Holosync while meditating for 20 minutes.

When you anchor powerful music to the background of your ritual, you put that sucker on steroids. It’s amazing.
